Congratulations to our partner university, Aston University for being crowned "University of the Year" at The Guardian University Awards 2020!

According to The Guardian, Aston University shone out for its commitment to social mobility, diversity and sustainability. Aston University did a great job in giving opportunities to all students, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity and religion.

In this award, the judges considered the following criteria:

· Graduate employability and earnings

· Outstanding student support

· Closing attainment gaps

· Embedding sustainability

“This award is also recognition of the work by our staff across the University to ensure we are giving students the best possible learning experience and supporting them to achieve the best possible outcomes,” said Professor Alec Cameron, Vice-Chancellor of Aston University.

In addition to this prestigious accolade, Aston University also rose to 30th in the rankings of The Guardian University Guide 2021.
